Whole Health was born from the idea of serving you, body, mind and spirit, with a multidisciplinary approach to holistic health and wellness.

We work collaboratively with each other to help guide you to achieving your best health. We value the background and knowledge base that each professional brings to the table and believe that overall health is a joint effort.

We’re here for the long game, not the quick fix.

The founder, Jenn, has personally faced health challenges and saw the need to create a space where more people could achieve wellness from a variety of avenues, all in one spot in Brighton, Ontario.

As a new mom in 2013, she experienced the struggle to make wellness a priority when trying to find time to get to various appointments in cities near and far.

She felt the need to bring wellness professionals together to simplify health and wellness for as many people as possible.

As an Independent Registered Dental Hygienist and Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Jenn created a judgment free space where you could visit your practitioner without the pressures of sales or unnecessary treatment recommendations.

She wholeheartedly believes in an honest, unbiased opinion, and it wasn’t long before more practitioners saw her vision and brought their services to Whole Health.

We began to grow, and we continue to grow today.

  • We believe having self autonomy is the cornerstone for making informed decisions; it allows for involvement and discipline within your health and wellness decisions. In a world where information is at our fingertips, it can be overwhelming to navigate your way to wellness, and being offered choices and information will allow you to feel involved in your treatment.

  • We believe everyone deserves access to health care. We know seeing your family physician, if you are lucky enough to even have one, rarely includes enough time to cover your needs or be heard. Our practitioners allow optimal time to get to know you and understand your needs.

  • Prevention is key: the more you know the better you do. When you have something atypical happening in your body, our goal is to help you determine the root cause. Understanding why a condition arises allows us to develop a plan to treat the root cause and devise a plan to prevent this from reoccurring.

  • We put collective success before individual achievements. Our team strives to work cohesively together, where we are all treated with the same level of respect and fairness. We want our clients to feel that regardless of who you come to see at Whole Health, we work together; we can all be part of your journey to health and wellness.
